Delivery Timeframes
Glasses usually arrive within the estimated timeframe or even sooner after the order is placed. However, complex prescriptions may require the full estimated timeframe for delivery.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes factors like weather, customs, address issues, or supply chain delays can slow things down. Because of that, delivery might take a little longer than expected, and we can’t promise an exact arrival date. The best way to stay updated is to check your tracking info, which will show the latest on your order’s journey.

*Rush Delivery
To fulfill rush delivery requests, we produce frames at an accelerated rate. Please note the following shipping and handling fees based on your selected delivery window:
For every 5 pairs of glasses ordered with rush delivery:
The rush fee applies to the first pair at the base rate.
An additional charge of $4.95 will be applied for each additional pair of glasses in the same order, up to 5 pairs.
3-6 Days: $25 shipping & handling fee for the first frame, $6.50 for each additional frame (up to 5).
Fulfillment time may vary based on prescription strength.
Rush Delivery is not available for US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), or for APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
**Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges
The customs authority at the destination assesses duties, taxes, and any additional non-refundable fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
The standard shipping timeframes do not apply to military addresses. Orders sent to APO and FPO addresses will require additional handling and processing, leading to longer delivery times.

What does the "Get it as early as" date mean?
The "Get it as early as" date shows the earliest estimated delivery for your order if you choose the fastest Rush Delivery option for single vision lenses. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, your prescription, and the shipping method you select at checkout. The checkout page will show the most accurate delivery timeframe for your specific order.
How long does it take to receive my order once it’s been manufactured?
Once your order has been manufactured, it will be delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. The good news is that the delivery estimate shown at checkout already includes both production and shipping. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when your order is ready to ship out, so you know exactly when your new glasses are on their way!
I just placed several orders. Can I combine shipping?
To maintain the fastest service for our customers, all orders are processed and shipped separately.
I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?
Absolutely! You can enter the shipping address you’d like during checkout.
Can I change the shipping address or shipping method?
Contact us to change your shipping information. We’ll be happy to check the status of your order and make any changes if possible.
What do I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
Contact us right away! We will happily work with you to replace your damaged glasses with a new pair.
How should I enter an APO/FPO address?
When entering an APO/FPO address, please follow these guidelines to ensure your package reaches its destination accurately:
Name: Enter the recipient's full name.
Country: Always select “United States” as the country, even if the base is located overseas. This ensures compatibility with the way APO/FPO addresses are formatted.
Address: This field should include the unit or box number assigned to the recipient.
City: Enter either "APO" (Army/Air Force) or "FPO" (Navy/Coast Guard/USMC), depending on the branch of service.
State: Select the appropriate two-letter state abbreviation based on the recipient's location:
AA: Armed Forces Americas (excluding Canada)
AE: Armed Forces Europe, Canada, Africa, and the Middle East
AP: Armed Forces Pacific
ZIP Code: Enter the five-digit ZIP Code assigned to the specific military unit, similar to a civilian ZIP Code.
