The good news is that you don't have to start your shopping journey from scratch! It's incredibly easy to pull up your favorites and get them back in your hands with just a few clicks.

Follow this friendly guide to reorder your go-to glasses in no time.

How to Reorder Your Favorites

1. Log In to Your Account: Start by signing in to your Zenni account so we can access your personalized order history.

2. Visit "My Orders": Head over to your My Orders page to see your previous purchases.

3. Locate Your Frames: Find the specific order with the style you would like to snag again.

4. Click Reorder: If the frames and lens options are currently available, you will see a Reorder button. Clicking this will instantly add the exact same setup (including your prescription and lens options) directly to your shopping cart. Easy!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• Availability: If a specific frame, tint, coating, or lens type has been retired or is temporarily out of stock, the reorder option will not be available. If this happens, feel free to reach out to us, and we can help you find a similar style.

• Need to Make a Tweak? If you love the frames but need to update your prescription or change the lenses, simply click EDIT on the far right of the item once it is in your cart. You can walk through the lens selection again and save the updated version to your cart.

• Double Check Your Cart: Before you hit the final checkout button, take a quick peek at your order summary. This ensures your prescription and lens choices were saved exactly as you intended.​​​​
