How to Join Zenni Rewards
Joining is easy, completely free, and takes just a minute! Here's what you need to qualify:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, including U.S. territories and possessions.
Have a valid email address to register and receive notifications.

Visit our Zenni Rewards page and click Get Rewarded.
You can also select Join Zenni Rewards when signing in or creating your account.
Once you’re signed up, every eligible purchase will start earning points. It’s that simple!
Rewards Points
With Zenni Rewards, you earn points every time you shop. Higher tiers earn even more points and rewards!
Fan: Earn 1 point per $1 spent
Friend: Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent
VIP: Earn 2 points per $1 spent
For every 100 points, you earn $5 in rewards; it’s that simple.
For example, if you have 200 points, that equals $10 in rewards!

Your birthday just got even better! Add your birth date to your account profile and receive a special birthday reward discount to celebrate your big day:
Fan Tier: $10 off a $75+ purchase
Friend Tier: $20 off a $75+ purchase
VIP Tier: $30 off a $85+ purchase

As a Friend or VIP, you’ll receive emails with exclusive promotions, early access to new launches, and more! Kindly note that opting out of Zenni Rewards marketing emails will forfeit these communications and benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get points for past purchases?
Points are not awarded retroactively. Only purchases made after you join Zenni Rewards will count toward earning points.
Do my Zenni Rewards expire?
Zenni Rewards points expire 12 months after they’re first received. If you reach a higher tier level, you will immediately be admitted to that membership status and retain that status for 12 months. The amount you spend over the 12-month period of your current tier level determines your membership tier for the next 12 months.
Do my loyalty program rewards and benefits have any cash value?
The rewards and benefits you earn through the Zenni Rewards program have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and carry no property rights.
What happens if I return my order?
Rewards Spent:
Once used, rewards are considered redeemed. Any rewards spent cannot be refunded, reinstated, or reused if a return is processed.
Rewards Earned:
For refunds back to your original payment method, any points earned from that purchase are deducted from your rewards balance.
If you choose store credit for the return, the points you earned from that purchase will stay in your account. However, store credit won’t earn additional points when used on a future purchase.
How do I opt out of Zenni Rewards?
If you wish to opt out, log in to your account, navigate to your Rewards Dashboard, and scroll to the bottom to find the opt-out option. Note: Opting out will delete your points balance and tier status permanently.
May I share my account, rewards, and benefits with a friend?
Treat your friends to fantastic deals on Zenni eyewear through our referral program. While accounts, points, and rewards cannot be shared or combined, your friends can enjoy a discount on their first purchase using your unique referral link.
Why can’t I see my Zenni Rewards or order history after logging in?
If you’re unable to view your rewards or order history, you may be logged into a different account. If you have multiple accounts, your purchases and rewards might be tied to a different email. To resolve this, double-check the email address or username you used to log in.
To verify your logged-in email or username:
Go to the Account Settings or Profile section on your Zenni account.
Look for the email address or username displayed there.
Compare this information with the email used for your past purchases.
If the email doesn’t match, log out and log back in with the correct email address.
