We’re so glad you’ve set your sights on us! If you’ve landed here, it means you’ve spotted something special, and we’re here to make sure your new favorite frames (and your experience) are in perfect focus. Think of this guide as your personal prescription for a squint-free shopping spree.

How to Place Your Zenni Order

• Step 1: Find a frame you love!

  • Browse our collection until you find a frame that speaks to you. Not sure if they’re your style? Try our Virtual Try-On tool to see exactly how any frame looks on your face. It’s like a digital dressing room!

• Step 2: Choose Your Vision Type

  • Click Select Lenses to begin the order process. You’ll be prompted to choose the prescription or non-prescription lens usage that matches your needs.

• Step 3: Sharpen the Details

  • Now, enter your prescription and PD (Pupillary Distance). If you're ordering non-prescription lenses, you can skip this step.

  • Don’t have a PD? Get an accurate measurement with our easy-to-use Virtual PD tool, no ruler required.

• Step 4: Customize Your Lenses

  • Choose your lens type, then select an Index (thickness). Pro Tip: Our order process will automatically recommend the best index for your specific prescription, so you can skip the guesswork!​​

• Step 5: Add the Extras

  • Anti-Reflective Coating: We highly recommend this for the clearest view (and the best selfies!).

  • Add-Ons: Looking for clip-ons or a custom engraving? You’ll find these on the Add-ons page if they're available for your frames.

• Step 6: The Finish Line

  • Click Finish & Add to Cart. From here, you can shop for more styles or proceed to our secure checkout to cross the finish line!

Out of Stock Items

If the frame or item you want is marked “Out of Stock”, you can easily sign up for a restock alert:

• Enter your email address in the notification box on the product page.

• Click the “Notify me” button.

That’s it! We’ll send you a friendly email as soon as the item is back in stock, so you don’t miss out.

Guest Checkout

Want to skip the sign-up? No problem! You can skip the account setup and breeze through as a guest. Just provide the essentials so we can ship your specs, and you’ll be all set. ​​​​​​​​​

How it works:

1. Select Checkout as Guest on the cart page.

2. Enter an email (existing accounts will be prompted to sign in or use a different email).

3. Enter the shipping and payment details.

4. An email confirmation will be sent after the order is completed.

5. Orders can be tracked using the Track My Order link. ​​​​​​​​​

Note: The standard return policy and conditions apply. However, a Zenni account must be created before Guest Checkout items can be returned for store credit.
